Todd M. Plotner, 62, of Milan, passed away Sunday, June 18, 2023, at Harmony Davenport.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A graveside service will be held at 11am, Friday, July 14, 2023, at Illinois City Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Iowa City VA Hospital, 601 Highway 6 W, Iowa City, IA 52246.

Todd was born October 28, 1960, to Frank T. and Joyce A. (Ehlers) Plotner. Todd served in the United States Navy. He participated in the National Veteran's Wheelchair Games. He was an avid fan of both the Cardinals and the Chiefs. He enjoyed fishing and playing pool.

He is survived by his siblings, Tom (Lisa) Plotner Jr., Coal Valley, IL, Randy Plotner, Clearwater, FL, Judy (Bobby) Carlson, Milan, IL, Gary (Anna) Plotner, East Moline, IL; step-father, Doug Garrett; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded by his parents and brother, Terry Plotner.
