Vicki J. Baugh, 73, of Rock Island, passed away on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at her home. A Celebration of Life service will be 10:30 am, Thursday at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, Rock Island. Private inurnment services will held in the Beulah Cemetery at a later date. Memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Vicki was born on August 1, 1941 in Ottumwa, Iowa, a daughter of Albert and Mabel Thompson Brumbaugh. She married Glen Baugh Jr. on March 13, 1976 in Rock Island. Vicki had worked in the paint department at International Harvester, Farmall Works, Rock Island for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening and her pets.

Survivors include her husband, Glen; children, Rick Welsh, Milan, Valerie (Tracy) Smith, Rock Island, Charles Welsh, Rock Island and Curtis (Lorrie) Welsh, Rock Island; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; siblings, Dorothy Kempf, Alice Huff, Sue Smith all of Ottumwa and Charlotte Williams, Bloomington, IL.
