Victor D. Doonan, 65, of Rock Island passed away on Monday, January 15, 2024 at home.

A service for Victor's family and close friends will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, January 22, 2024 at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Reynolds. Burial will be held in Edgington Cemetery, Edgington, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in care of ARC of the Quad Cities.

Victor was born on September 29, 1958 in Rock Island, IL, a son of Emery "Hoe" and Virginia (Johnson) Doonan.

Victor's smile would light up a room and a different smile if happy or about to do something onery. He was always playing Connect 4 and working on puzzles.

Those left to cherish Victor's memory include his dad, Emery "Hoe" Doonan; brother, Kirk (Annette) Doonan, Viola; sister, Jennifer (Don) Taylor, Kirkwood; and several nieces and nephews.

Victor was preceded in death by his mom, Virginia Doonan.
