Virgil J. Moore, 48, of Rock Island, passed away Friday August 14, 2015 at his home.
No services are planned. Inurnment will be at Riverside Cemetery, Moline. Arrangements are entrusted to Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, 3030 7th Ave., Rock Island.
Virgil was born April 29, 1967, in Chicago, a son of Mary F. Moore.
He is survived by his brother, Darrell Moore, Nebraska; aunts, Elizabeth Moore, Davenport, Eloise Moore-Barnett, Chicago, Ruth Moore-Cameron, Harvey, Ill., and Jessie Moore-Jones, Rock Island; and a host of cousins.
Virgil was preceded in death by his mother; uncles, Paul, Vernon and Walter Moore; and his aunt, Ellen Moore.
