Wanda G. Altman, 76, of Milan, passed away Sunday December 21, 2025 at her home.

A gathering to celebrate Wanda's life will be held on Sunday January 11, 2026 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM at the Rock Island Moose Lodge, 4410 9th St, Rock Island, IL 61201. Memorials may be left in Wanda's name to Mooseheart.

Wanda was born on August 22, 1949 in Winfield, Alabama, the daughter of Willie H. and Louise (Beasley) Glover. She was a graduate of Moline High School. Wanda later married Roger Altman on November 9, 1996 in Davenport, Iowa.

Wanda had been the owner and operator of Moonshine Design's Nursery, Milan.

She was a devoted member of the Rock Island Moose. Wanda loved spending time with her family, traveling the Caribbean and Mexico with her husband, dancing, and camping.

Survivors include her husband, Roger; children, Tina (Jim) McCarty, Steve Haynes, Andrew (Tracy) Altman, Jason (Christina) Altman; grandchildren, Britney (Shane) Watkins, Christian Altman, Jaden (Frances) Altman, Casper Altman, Ethan Haynes, Payten Altman, Noah Altman; great grandchild, Paisley; brother and sister in law, Richard and (Wilma) Glover.

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, Willie H. and Louise Glover and brother, Willie R. Glover.
