Warren "Ray" Harris, 84, of Milan, passed away Sunday July 10, 2022 at Hope Creek Care Center, East Moline.

Ray was born on April 19, 1938 in Bicknell, Indiana, the son of Lyle and Ermal (Warren) Harris. He married Carol Pittser on April 15, 1978 in Davenport, Iowa.

Mr. Harris was a United States Navy Veteran.

He had been employed at the former Eagles Foods, Milan, Eastern Iowa Tire and with Goodyear Tires.

Ray was a member of Rock Island Moose Lodge 190, The Forty and Eight and Milan American Legion Post 569.

Survivors include his wife, Carol; sons, Warren Harris, Doug Harris and Tony Schultz; grandchildren, Amanda, Brady, Bronte, Brianna; great granddaughter, Halee; sisters, Anna Grabbe, Janet Overbay; sisters in law, Dorothy Harris and Evelyn Harris; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lyle and Ermal; brothers, Ronnie, Clete, Claude, Ernie; sister, Velma and granddaughter, Jessica.
