Warren E. Johnson, 72, of Milan, passed away Monday, July 6, 2026 at UP Trinity, Rock Island.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 11, 2026 at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, 3030-7th Avenue, Rock Island with visitation one hour prior to service at the funeral home. Entombment will be at Rock Island Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials can be made to American Diabetes Foundation.

Warren was born August 12, 1953 in Davenport, the son of Charles and Peggy (Robertson) Johnson.

Warren worked at Langman Construction and McCarthy-Foley. He was a member of Labors Local 309.

Warren loved fishing, gardening, and spending time with his family. He particularly treasured his time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include: his daughters, Erica (Lachlan) Pegg, Seattle, WA, and Diane (Dave) Callaway, Moline; grandchildren, Henry, Clara, Caroline and James; sisters, Sharon (Steve) Leech, Davenport and Debbie Brooks, Rock Island. He was preceded in death by his parents.
