Obituary
William P. Ashby Jr., 52, of Moline, passed away Thursday July 7, 2022 at home.
Funeral services will be 1:00pm Wednesday July 13, 2022 at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island. Visitation will be from 12:00 to 1:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Rock Island. Memorials may be left to the family.
William was born on September 17, 1969 in Moline, the son of William and Carol (Nesbitt)Ashby Sr. He was a graduate of Rock Island High School class of 1987. He later married Marcy Ashby.
William loved playing euchre, golfing and was a avid Chicago Bears fan.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Marcy Ashby; children, Courtney Ashby, William Ashby; grandchildren, Jackson and Bentley; mother and step father, Carol (Larry) Williamson; father, William P. Ashby Sr.; siblings, Chris (Heather) Williamson, Jamy Ashby and Tommy (Victoria) Ashby.
