Willie dedicated over 35 years to John Deere, retiring in 2010. He took great pride in his work, reflecting the strong values instilled in him by his parents. His commitment to family was equally unwavering, as he devoted himself to caring for his parents until their passing. The family restaurant, Mary's Bar-B-Cue, became a cherished establishment in Rock Island and East Moline, further solidifying the family's legacy.
