Willie J. Huge, Jr., 49, of Davenport, formerly of Rock Island, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2019 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria.  A funeral service for Willie will be held 12 Noon on Monday, April 1, 2019 at Wheelan Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 3030 7 ^th Ave., Rock Island.  Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Davenport.  Memorials may be made to the family in care of his wife, Jennifer, for his mother Ruby's benefit.

Willie was born July 21, 1969 in Rock Island, a son of Willie Huge, Sr. and Ruby Lee Brown.  He married Jennifer Graves-Huge on September 20, 2016 in Rock Island.  Willie worked in construction for many years.  He loved to sing, play cards, draw and spend time with his family and friends. He loved making everyone laugh.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Jennifer; children, Willie, Jr., Darshayla (Dakota), Chelsea (Joe) and Timothy; step children, Marcus and Makenna; 11 grandchildren; Mother, Ruby Houston, Rock Island; siblings, Martha (Earl) Nimmers and James Houston, of Rock Island; also surviving are many loving cousins, nieces, and nephews whom he loved dearly as well special friends, John and Reese.

He was preceded in death by his father, brother, Henry Brown, sister, Octavia Huge and an infant sister, Jessica
