Willie Allen Jr., 60 of Rock Island, died Jan. 17, 2018 in Rock Island.

Funeral services are 1 pm on Friday at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 3030 7 Ave., Rock Island.  Visitation is Noon until service time.  Burial is at Chippiannock Cemetery, Rock Island.

Willie was born on Sept. 5, 1957 in Louise, Miss., a son of Willie Sr. and Jerlean Perry Allen.

He retired from Sivyer Steel and later E & J Metal.

Willie leaves to cherish his memory, the love of his life, Diann Johnson, Rock Island; his parents; a son, Karmaria Allen, Davenport; siblings, Earsentine, Aretha and Melvin, all of Chicago, and Gary of Danville; an uncle, Roosevelt Perry; 24 grandchildren; and 25 great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by siblings, James E., L.D., Janatha, Meheno, Author and Brenda.
