Amber M. Larson Cory, 42, formerly of the Taylor Ridge area, passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 in Davenport.  A funeral service for Amber will be held  1:00 p.m. Friday at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 201 4th Ave. E., Milan.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.  Burial will be in Andalusia Cemetery.  Memorials may be made in care of the family.

Amber was born on August 24, 1975 in Aledo, a daughter of Wayne K. and Nancy S. (Whitmore) Larson.  She married Scott Cory on October 19, 2002 and 2 sons were born to their union.  She had most recently worked at XPac.  Amber loved spending time with her children and also enjoyed collecting Isabel Bloom statuary.

Left to cherish her memory are her father; Wayne Larson, Taylor Ridge; sons, Taron and Logan Cory, Bartonville and a daughter, "Birdie"; sister, Aron Larson, Taylor Ridge; aunts, Pam Einfeldt, Andalusia; Cindy (Douglas) Leyendecker, Taylor Ridge;  Lori Weber, Rock Island; and many other loving family members and friends.
