Betty Woeber Obituary

               Betty Jane Woeber, 80, of Taylor Ridge, passed away Friday, July 6, 2018 at Baptist Health Care, Lexington, KY.

                Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Andalusia.  Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the church.  Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Milan is assisting family with services.  Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

                Betty was born on July 8, 1937 in Moline, the daughter of Chester and Mattie Summers.  She was married to Hugh “Butch” Woeber.  Betty was employed as a mender at D & J Laundry, Moline.  She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Taylor Ridge, loved reading and sewing, but was passionate about her cooking (nobody in the kitchen but her) having great recipes for banana bread and zucchini bread. 

                Betty is survived by her husband, Hugh “Butch” Woeber; children, Sherry (Robert) Peters, Tracy (Jeff) Webber; and Valerie (James) Gabbard; 4 grandchildren; step children, Tracy (Tom) DeClerck, Kyle (Jayne) Woeber, Todd (Heidi) Woeber, and Darren (Therese) Woeber; 9 step grandchildren; and 3 step great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother and sister.
