Donna L. Freese, 86, of Milan, passed away Thursday May 11, 2017 at her home.

Services will be 11am Monday  at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Milan. Visitation will be from 10am to service time. Burial will be in Rock Island Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be left to the family.

Donna was born on October 9, 1930 in Pierre, South Dakota. She married James G. Freese in Spencer, IA.

Donna cherished being with her family and friends. She enjoyed baking, puzzles and family cookouts.

Survivors include her daughters, Linda Barrigar, Debra Birrell, Barbara Freese, all of Milan, Sandra (Mark) Hansen, East Moline; 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; sister, Doreen (Dick) Matt.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James; parents, Kenneth and Elenore; son in law, Robert Birrell; brothers, Kenneth and Larry Stambach; grandson, Cory.
