Michael Alon Davis Jr., 32, of Peoria formerly of Rock Island, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island.  Memorials may be made to the family.

Michael was born on December 31, 1989 in Rock Island, the son of Michael Alon Davis Sr. and Vickie L. Bomar.  He was self-employed doing various projects around town.  Michael enjoyed playing basketball, eating, and listening to music.  Most of all he loved spending time with his kid and family.

Michael is survived by his daughter, Mi'Kayla Davis; mother, Vickie Bomar ; father, Michael A. Davis Sr.; sisters, Tracy Johnson, Michaela Davis, Shannon Crittendon, Shakeisha Gosha, Tawanna Clay, and Mi'Daeja Davis; brothers, TJ Johnson, Markcus Davis, Myrin Morrow, and Cashmere Bray-Davis; mother of his daughter, Cepetra Munoz, Peoria; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
