Nancy Zeskey Obituary

Lynn was born on September 10, 1944 to James and Margaret Miltner Condon in Painesville, Ohio.  She married Russell Zeskey Jr. in Ohio in 1968.

Lynn was a member of the Lagomarcino’s team for 31 years. The relationships she formed while working with the extended Lagomarcino’s family and customers were special to her. Her passion was decorating the store windows for every holiday.  She curated upwards of 100 windows, to the finest detail, for which she was recognized in the Moline Dispatch. Children and adults alike would stop to enjoy the holiday scenes that Lynn crafted.

She was an avid collector and treasure hunter, who cherished her teddy bear and chair collections.  Lynn was a lover of animals, her own dogs and cats as well as the neighborhood animals.  She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, playing games, reading stories and making art.

Nancy Lynn Zeskey, 79, of Moline, IL died on Saturday, March 30, 2024.  Per her wishes, cremation rites were accorded.  Inurnment will be private.  Memorials may be made in care of Trinity Lutheran Church, Moline or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.  Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island, is assisting the family.
