Robert Lewis McKittrick, Jr. , known to many as "Two Wheels", 64, of Moline, passed away Monday, August 16, 2021 at home.

Graveside services and inurnment with military honors presented by Moline American Legion, Post 246, will be 2:30 p.m. Friday, October 29, at Rock Island National Cemetery, Arsenal Island. Those wishing to attend are to meet at 2:00 p.m., October 29, at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 3030 7th Ave. Rock Island, to process to cemetery.

Robert was born January 31, 1957 in Ottumwa, Iowa, a son of Robert, Sr. and Peggy Weir McKittrick.

He was a U.S. Air Force veteran. Robert most recently was a driver for Dana's Cab Service. He also was a mechanic for a time.

He loved motorcycles and traveling. He never knew a stranger, and could strike up a conversation with anyone. Some of his favorite times were those spent with family and friends.

Surviving are his sons, Timmothy (Beth) Gutierrez, Keota, Iowa, and Daniel McKittrick, Wilton, Iowa; stepdaughter, Amber (Johnathan) Lowry, New Boston, IL; grandchildren, Rochelle, Niveaah, James, Kiara, Johnathan, Melody, Samantha, Trista and Tyler; and brother, James McKittrick, Moline.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
