I am sad beyond words to hear of my Uncle Cisco's passing. He was an exemplary person and a role model; his service to his country and love of playing music influenced me when I was a kid. I want to send my thoughts and prayers to my Aunt Bonnie, Andrea, Francisco Jr, all of my uncle’s grandchildren and loved ones. Rest in peace Cisco.

Words cannot express the sorrow I feel at Cisco's passing. Someone said to me that when they met Cisco, Jesus exuded out of him. That is the greatest legacy any of us can leave behind. My heart tells me to be happy that Cisco passed through heaven's gate, but my mind so wishes it was not this soon. He will be missed greatly and in too many ways to think of right now. Praying for God to cover the family of this Godly man as we continue to walk by faith. Much love, hugs and prayers, Betty

We were blessed to know Francisco thru his and Bonnie's JOY prison ministry. Larry and Bonnie shared "a table" twice together. JOY stands for Jesus, Others and You. This was how Francisco lived his life. It was clear to the men at the East Moline Correction Center that he was a person who "walked the talk." Thank you Lord, for putting living examples of Your love, such as Francisco.

To our wonderful Panchito. We can't believe you are no longer with us. There are no words to express how we feel about your loss. We will miss you and know we will someday meet again.
We love you Tio.

When I found out that my uncle Cisco passed, I was with my aunt, Georgina (Francisco's older sister) I was at her house due to Hurricane Irma and it was a shock to find out the news, It was sad and also a blow to my aunt as well. I had just seen him in April due to my other uncle William (Francisco's brother) passing. I know what it is like to lose a parent Iost my mom, Estervina (Francisco's sister) on August 20th 2016. I would like to give my condolences to Bonnie, Andrea and her Family. You are in my prayers...

You, me, Jody and Bonnie have some great memories together. I thank Our Lord for Bringing you and Bonnie into our lives! đź•Š

Bonnie and family my heart is heavy this day as I found out about Cisco. I loved the times we shared in Life Groups and I will never forget how you and Cisco stepped up and help me move and then you even prepared a meal for us. I love you Bonnie. If there is anything I can do, please call on me. May God wrap his arms around you and you will feel his presences, love, wisdom and comfort.

Dearest uncle,
You was the most heart warming and loving person ever. You could light up a room with your smile. Also ask me how my diabetes is going, encouraging me to go for my dreams and just making my day better ❤ Your will never be forgotten. This isn't a goodbye. This is just till we see you again.

I was shocked to hear of Franks passing, I'm so sorry for your loss!.. I worked with Frank in the Stacker at JMTC everyday for 3+ yrs. He was a very good man, kind and gentle. He never had a bad word to say about anyone and was a great listener. We shared many hours together talking about fishing and our families and how much they mean to us. Frank absolutely loved his family. He would just start to laugh about something that one of the grandkids did or said and almost every weekend he'd have a new story!.. I was probably the last person to talk with him on Thursday as we were walking out to go home for the weekend. We said " Have a great weekend" to each other and "See ya on Monday".... I surly enjoyed working with him and am deeply saddened with his passing, I will miss him.. I wish I could say something that could help all of you.. Please try to take comfort in knowing He was very respected, a great husband, father, brother, grandfather and Friend. May God Bless You All and help you through this horrible time..
