Many years i had the pleasure of knowing this man. I shot my first buck as a kid on the missouri farm. I also shot my first turkey there. Looking back sometimes i think i knew him better than my own grandfather as i was still in diapers when we first met.
I will never forget all the stories and great times we had in the cabin. You will alwayas be in my heart and in my prayers. I will never forget you my friend.

to Lori and the entire family. George will be missed by many. I will remember his laugh and all the work he did at the farm. He was a true artist and always enjoyed a good time with Sam and Matt.
You are all in my prayers.

Marilyn, I am so sorry for the loss of the man that has been your guiding light and the love of your life.
Lisa & Lori, I extend to you my heartfelt condolences for the loss of your teacher, your mentor, your motivator, your best friend, your hero, your DAD.

It was with great shock and overwhelming sadness that we were notified of "UNC'," George Kieffer's passing. I'm not sure what his "little brother", John Kieffer, will do without his "BIG" brother George Kieffer! Some people may have been mislead in thinking that George Kieffer was a man of few words, but his "few" words had far more depth and wisdom than a man of "many" words. He earned the highest respect from many for his honesty, his talent, for his love of the GREAT outdoors, and without question for the love of his family. Not only did George Kieffer influence his "little" brother John Kieffer in sharing that same love for the outdoors, he also had three nephews - Matthew, Kevin, & Jason Kieffer who inherited that love as well. To them "Unc" will always be remembered as the "Great White Hunter". In their eyes there is no one that could do it better. They will carry on his legacy with endless tales of the great Rock River and the nearby roaming fields where fishing and hunting became their chosen lway of life. Not to worry, for he, George Kieffer, will be forever remembered. May he rest in peace and may the "WILDLIFE" of the Heavens Above be even more plentiful!.
The family of John Kieffer - Meri, John, Matthew, Kevin, & Jason
