Jack, so sorry to hear about Pam and you will be in my thoughts while you work through this pain and loss. I remember meeting Pam only once when you stopped for lunch one time on your way to the condo in CA and I could see the marvelous relationship you two had. Once per lifetime, and you were so fortunate to have her in your life as long as you did.

I was saddened to read about my friend, Pam, in the newspaper this morning. As educators Pam and I had the opportunity to work together on many occasions. I knew her in the West Des Moines Schools and I was a School Improvement Coordinator/Gifted and Talented Coordinator at Heartland AEA where Pam and I planned the Amana G/T conference along with Cathy Blondo. She was a friend, a colleague and an outstanding educator. Pam will be missed by many. My sympathy and love come to you all.

We are very sorry for your family's loss. Although I didn't know Pam well in her adult years, I remember her from our elementary school years as cousins. And I had occasion to meet her 10-15 years ago.. I was Leo Johnson's daughter when he was married to Anna Sue Patterson. And Uncle Dale was one of our favorites. God bless you.
