David is proud of his calling and lives by the Golden Rule of funeral service, treating people the way he would want to be treated in a most difficult time.

"A family has trusted you to help them through the toughest thing a family has to go through.  We have our word and our actions; it's how we are judged.  You treat people the way you would want to be treated in a most difficult time.  No matter what is going on in your world, the people you are serving need you, and you must do everything you can to help them."

“I love helping people.  Serving as funeral director allows me to

meet and help people get through some of the toughest times in their

lives. Many of the families we serve have had a part to play in my

success growing up here, whether it was teaching, coaching, encouraging,

pastoring, employing or just giving me a friendly smile. I feel humbled,

honored and privileged to serve and give back.”
