Dear Bonnie and Family,
My deepest sympathies to you and your family. Mike was a great co-worker and friend. We worked together long distance within CNH, yet had a very close personal & spiritual relationship. He was not only a hardworking employee, he was a spiritual man of integrity.
We spoke often about you & your family of four daughters and four grandchildren, Heather & Jacob (Nick & Natia), Emily & Mark, Amanda & Burnie (Bevie & Millie-Camilla Jane), and Michelle. He was VERY proud of his daughters, spoke warmheartedly of them, loved them tremendously, and shared the latest about them and the grandchildren. I could always tell from Mike’s voice tone change to “enthusiasm” when conversation moved from work to “family” that you all brought immeasurable JOY to him. He prayed for you often, especially Michelle during her 2011-2012 World Race Missionary Tour, which he asked for my prayers on many occasions for her safety (he was very concerned!). Mike sent me a thumb drive full of a years’ worth of photos/videos of Michelle’s Tour to various countries visited (orphanage pics really touched me). I spoke with Michelle briefly after her return Dec. 9th 2012.
He shared with me many photos of your grandchildren, as I shared photos of our two daughters. I have much respect for Mike as he has inspired me with sound parenting advice that has helped me greatly! We shared our strengths & weaknesses as being Fathers. His emails brought me to tears with his experiences that I could relate to my own family.
I will miss our phone conversations regarding parenting, daughters, grandchildren, Jesus and just life. I will miss sharing emails & photos of family. I will especially miss my friend Mike… Thank you Mike for being such a great friend.
My prayers are with you and your family that Jesus would comfort you. It is not “goodbye” to Mike, rather “see you later”… God Bless, with Love, Art Hephner

Shocked and very saddened to hear of Mike's passing over the holidays. I've worked with and around Mike for many years at CaseIH and always appreciated his kindness and "can do it" attitude, even through his back pain which was so often a struggle for him. My sympathies to your family in this time of sorrow and may the Lord of all peace comfort your hearts with many great memories of Mike.

So sorry to hear of Mike's passing. I worked with him at CaseIH East Moline Plant and the CNHi Product Development Center in Mount Joy. We all knew him as Mr. "Never Better", although he suffered through unforgiving pain. Mike was unrelenting in his drive to always do his best. I always enjoyed his car history and stories, they were the best. He was a kind and gentle man and will be missed by all who knew him.

RIP Mr. Never Better.

Our deepest sympathy to Mike's family and friends. We know he'll be greatly missed. He was so proud of his family and spoke often of them and the joy they brought to him. Despite his lengthy battle with back pain he always kept a positive attitude about things and when asked how he was doing he always responded "Never Better!". Mike was a man of faith and we prayed for him daily. Now we can rejoice in knowing that Mike is dancing and walking tall on the streets of heaven. God Bless!

Mike was a truly nice guy. I had many opportunities to talk with him during our careers at Case IH. He was fun and funny, interested and interesting, always caring and concerned. We discovered many parallel interests and proximities. But I don't recall knowing that we both also graduated from Augie. He will be truly missed. May God comfort your family as only He can during this time.

I'm so sorry to hear of Mike's passing. I worked with Mike for many years. Even though Mike was in pain much of the time, he had such an unbelievably positive attitude. He was so passionate about whatever he was into and interesting to visit with. Most of all I appreciated his strong faith. May you be comforted by that faith as well.

My sincere condolences to Mike's family. Mike processed our CNH Industrial Service Parts Engineering releases for the last several years. He was a man that was extremely diligent in his work, with high standards. He put up with our mistakes and worked with us to make our process better. He will be missed for sure. May God surround you with the comfort only He can provide in times like this. Cling to Him. My prayers are with you.

So sorry to hear of Mike's passing. I started as a buyer at Case in Burlington in 1994 and had the pleasure of working with Mike often back then. We still spoke occasionally over the years and it was always good to catch up.

Mike was such a genuine guy. He always had a story to tell and could always make me laugh. He will be missed.

My deepest sympathy to his wife and family. Rest in peace friend.....
